Corinne's family was next

The boys make themselves right at home.
They know where to find what they want to play with.
Transformers and Power Rangers was a big hit this time.
We had two tables set up for Legos.

This is a little blurry, but it was Clara giving Fred a fist bump.
Garrett rode with us and volunteered to help with the vacuuming.
Our little pool was a hit with Clara.
Clara snuggled up to Grandpa. Precious.
Lazy River was a beautiful day.
I never tire of watching these boys take care of Clara.

I know I have a picture of Corinne that looks like this.
A wonderful family time!

Shannon's visit

I'm so far behind on posting. At work, they have added more filters and I can't get to the page to update my blog. So now I have to do it at home.

We have had all of our children visit in the last two months.
First was Shannon's family and Brian for a change.
Here's special moment that Brian's getting some love from M.

They brought the kid's bicycles for the first time.
After they arrived, we headed our neighborhood park.
The next day we hopped in their 4 Runner and headed for Toquerville Falls.
This was Fred and my first experience with off roading with them.
It was almost as good as the Indiana Jones ride at Disneyland.
Fred and I stayed in the shade as much as possible at the Falls.
To avoid the heat and to try and social distance still.
The Falls are pretty and very compact.
It's easy to spot these two in a crowd.
Here's a good picture of the falls behind M.
 Here's another.
Here we are!
Here's is their 4 Runner going over the Falls.
 Nice panoramic that Brian took.
On the way home we came across an ATV that went over the side of the road.
It was a Dad with his son that was about 7 or 8.
The Dad kept saying "My wife is going to kill me"
Exactly what I thought. Neither of them were hurt.
Pretty miraculous.
We got home and Scott & Jess sent these cookies to Shannon & me for Mother's Day.
Yum Yum
Sunday we drove up to the Cedar City Temple.
Beautiful.
Monday we took the kids to the Lazy River downtown.
It was a great outing. Not too busy.
I ordered a bunch of bundt cakes from the new shop in town.
DELICIOUS!!!
Tuesday was the park again this time no bikes.

A walk back home.
One of the days M learned to ride with out her training wheels.
It happened pretty quickly. We were all pretty excited to witness it.
It was a great time.

Just stuff

So like everyone else, nothing is going on because of the COVID-19 virus.
But I can't go any longer without blogging about something.
Both Fred and I continue to go into work.
For the time being, Fred is delivering parts instead of people.
At work, everyone is required to wear masks, gloves and have their temperature taken everyday.
Jess send us six masks that she has been making. This is the one I choose.
Fred and Dad have the plain turquoise ones.
This is the rendering of the new Washington County Utah temple which is right down the street from us. It is next door to our chapel. Kind of unbelievable to fathom it is just down the street.
Fred and Sharlotte were finally able to sell their parents home.
They had to get everything out so the buyers could move in.
Fred brought over this box filled with doilies, clothes, table runners and a few gems that I wanted to keep. These are just so darling. I wanted to keep them. I'll figure out something to do with them.
This little treasure was Fred's. Delna made this for him.
We hope we can find a picture of Fred wearing this among his parent's photo albums.
When I first saw the little jacket, I didn't connect it with anyone wearing it. I just thought it was one of her projects. Then I put my fingers in the pockets and found this little slip of paper with Fred's name on it. So now I'm keeping it. Maybe make a shadow box of some kind and find a few other things to include in it.

 Little boy Fred
We watched all the sessions of conference. I'm sorry to say I didn't pay much attention.
I'm not really sure why. During the last session Fred turned to me and said "Hold my hand."
Gave me butterflies.
This is Clara wearing the sweet little dress I found on clearance in Las Vegas.
She is such a doll.
Here is what's going on at Corinne's place.

Marissa and her helping hands project.

This has been the month of Shannon's foot ordeal.
I'm so glad she is now on the mend and that the worst is behind her.
 Future Bakers
 Baking with Momma
It's pool weather in Phoenix. Happy days ahead for Evan.
 Graham too!
Here is Graham in Fred's little toddler outfit for Easter.
Here is Evan in the same outfit.
Scott and his NASCAR jumpsuit. What an adventure he had.
So that's what has been going on in the family through pictures.
