At sea and Skagway Alaska

These first pictures are views of the Plaza. You can see that the ship was really beautiful.

Fred and I went to the gym twice.
Here is the door to our mini sweet.
Here is the Movie Under the Stars and Lido Pool.
Isn't he cute checking out the Glacier from our deck?

Fred had this beany hat before we got married.
That ship is a Holland America ship that basically we followed the entire cruise. It gives you some measurement of scale for the size of the glacier. This is Glacier Bay National Park.

Here we are in Skagway. It was very cloudy when we arrived.

People were always so nice to take pictures.
The town was so cute.

This is the little hole in the wall place we ate lunch. Off all the cute places there were to pick from I'm not sure how we ended up here. Actually the menu was on the street and it looked so good. We followed the signs and then ended up back here and then felt committed. It was good, but not like earth shattering. It was a BBQ sandwich. At this point in the cruise, we weren't gorging ourselves yet.

Always up for a cookie!

Fred sets up the camera for the shot and instructs the lady to get the ships name in the picture. She took two pictures - It's not the Hamilton Princess. It's the Island Princess. So in other words, she didn't get the name. It's just a little bit higher over our heads.

The weather was so beautiful. It started out cloudy and then ended up gorgeous.

Train to Whitter

Finally the day comes that we are headed to the Ship.
This is the view across the street from the lodge.
Here is the train. We did luck out and get the nicest car. There were different types. One style had tables that you sat across from your table partner. Another was like ours with seats facing forward, but for some reason just wasn't as big and luxurious as ours.
See how nice it is!
Here we are in our seat!
All of the following is the scenery along the way. I think the first picture I took is the prettiest of all.

This is the dining car. The food was very delicious!!

We walked through all of the cars to the very back of the train. This is from the caboose.
Fred took this great shot of the train rounding a curve.

We were on the train ALL Day!! Finally we arrive at Whittier. Here is the Coral Princess our home for the next SEVEN days!!!
Fred is so good at taking Selfies!!
Good Bye Whittier!

Hello Mini Suite! It was nice.
