Disney Cruise Let's begin

Fred and I started the journey Sunday morning.
We flew out of St. George Airport.
It's so slick to just drive 10 minutes down the road and hop on the plane.

We made it to Vancouver B.C. It took almost two hours to get through the immigration line.
Other than that, everything else was great.
It was rainy and cloudy in Vancouver. We hung out in our room and ate downstairs at the
White Spot Restaurant.

 It was delicious!!
We shared a White Spot Club
and a Classic Apple Pie with Ice Cream.
Here we are in our hotel room. It was a nice place.
Monday morning we took the shuttle from the hotel to the pier.
After going through all the lines, we made it to this point hoping to spot Shannon & Brian.
As you can see, we did.
The kids were entertained with food while we waited for our turn to board the ship.
 Off to a great start.
Here are pictures of our room. We got an inside cabin this time.
Figured we'd save the money.
This is actually our favorite room so far on any of our cruises.
It just felt bigger. The only drawback for us was there wasn't much of a shelf in the bath.

There were a ton of drawers and cabinets to store our stuff in so it made up
for the lack of shelf in the bath.

This bed was so comfy. I slept pretty good each night.
First thing the kids wanted to check into the Kids Club.
These are the coolest wash stations.
Stick your hands in the tunnels and water and soap spray for 20 seconds.

Little Miss is shy.
It's a sweet gig. They text you when anything comes up with your child or to tell you they want to be picked up. Fred and I were "authorized" picker uppers.
Our first night for dinner was in the Animator's Palate.
This was my favorite of the three restaurants we ate at.
Disney caters to the kids 100%.
Even if what they wanted was not on the menu....they would bring it to you.
These two ate lots of pizza and Mickey Ice Cream Bars.
 Looks like spaghetti tonight though.
Cruise Day One over. Total Success!!

Wrapping up Idaho

Fred has the pictures on his camera I hope of Sunday.
Garrett received the Priesthoood and was ordained a Deacon on Sunday.
His great grandpa Burke ordained him.
My Dad really wanted the opportunity to ordain a Great Grandson.
It was very thoughtful of Corinne and Ben to ask Garrett how he felt about that.
Garrett said yes.

On Monday we had the family over to our hotel to swim before we checked out.

Here we have Father and Daughter supervision.
 This is Richard and Henry.
Here is Garrett, Spencer & Henry.
I actually am not sure who this is. Either Garrett or Richard.
Ben doesn't love swimming, but he goes willingly all the time with the boys.
Next was lunch at Burger King.
The big boys sat with us. Richard and Garrett.
 Must have selfie!!
Here we have the other table with the rest of the Fam.
Ben & Spencer and Henry by Corinne. Plus Garrett in the foreground.
 These two can eat!!
Next was the park. Here's Henry.
Ben and Richard and I think Spencer on the swing.
 Swinging Garrett.
 Then we moved onto skating.
Here is Garrett and Spencer.
 Henry and Mom.
 Ben with Spencer and Richard.
 Ben and Garrett. We watched.
I just don't want to risk falling and actually hurting myself in some permanent way.
And last, but certainly not least.
ICE CREAM
Mom and Henry.
 Spencer & Garrett.
Corinne and Ben, Richard and Henry.
 Grandpa with Garrett & Spencer.
We split up here. They went home and we headed to the airport.
It was a wonderful weekend. Celebrating wonderful events.

Saturday in Idaho

Henry and Mima were born two days apart. These little cousins really had fun together.
This is a picture that Shannon took so I'm adding it here even though it is out of order.
Today was the baby shower for Corinne that was hosted by one of the women that she works with at the temple. It was so beautifully decorated. The hostess made a yogurt bar with so many yummy things. Another friend brought little quiches.
Here are all of Corinne's gifts.
 Now all the eating.

I would love to have arrangement in my home all year long. Isn't it beautiful.
 So many darling decorations.
Here Corinne has opened one of the gifts from Shannon.
When we lived in Japan for 6 months when the girls were 3 & 5, we bought these little dresses.
Mima has already outgrown them and now Corinne will be able to dress her daughter in them.
Corinne's baby theme is purple and pink butterflies.
So the color is perfect.
Mima helped hand out the gifts for a little while.
Here is Corinne with her hostess. I don't remember her name though.
After the baby shower, we returned to Corinne's for a family barbeque to celebrate
Garrett's 12th birthday.  Grandpa resting his eyes.
Corinne and Ben did a ton of food preparation. So there was a lots to eat and it was GOOD.
  More play time.
Opening gifts. Ben's sister Stephanie and her family came over for the festivities.

Shannon and Mima stayed at the hotel with us. Mima did a late night swim.
Corinne and Shannon sorted through all of clothes that Corinne has received for the baby.
